Can I request for a specific service professional?
Yes. You are able to request and book your favorite helpers or specific slots.
What can my service professional assist with?
Our helpers can assist with general household cleaning, laundry, ironing, organising, grocery shopping, everyday errands, dog walking and basic pet care.
Can I request different chores during one booking?
Yes! You can combine multiple approved household tasks within your booked hours. Let us know your priorities before the visit.
Are there tasks Werkel Home does not provide?
Our standard household assistance service does not include hazardous cleaning, high-rise exterior window cleaning, heavy furniture moving, electrical or plumbing repairs, medical or nursing care, unsupervised childcare or elderly caregiving.
Are groceries and other purchases included in the hourly price?
No. Groceries, purchased items and applicable external transportation expenses are paid separately.
What if my helper cannot finish everything?
Our helpers will work according to your priorities during the booked hours. The completion of tasks depends on the time available and the work required.
