What is the minimum commitment for a recurring plan?
We ask for a minimum of 4 sessions to build a consistent household routine. This helps your helper learn your specific preferences and ensures the best recurring rates.
How does recurring billing work?
Billing is cycled monthly in advance. Secure payments are processed automatically via your Werkel Home Profile, providing you with transparent statements for every session.
Can I pause or skip a session?
Yes. With at least 48 hours notice, you can skip a session or pause your plan. Skipped sessions are credited back to your home account for future use.
Will I get the same helper every time?
We prioritize helper continuity for our recurring plan members. While subject to availability, our goal is to ensure you have a consistent face who knows your home standard.
