What to Expect During Post-Renovation Cleaning

Renovating your home is exciting, but the lingering construction dust can be overwhelming. Discover how specialized post-renovation cleaning transforms your construction site back into a clean sanctuary.

The Post-Construction Challenge

Construction dust is notoriously fine and invasive, settling in places traditional cleaning often misses—inside cabinets, behind appliances, and even within the pores of your walls. A standard clean isn't enough to tackle the silicon, plaster, and sawdust left behind.

Phase 1: Rough Cleaning

Our process begins with the removal of larger debris and plastic coverings. We perform an initial dry sweep and vacuum to capture the top layer of dust that hasn't settled yet before moving to heavy-duty particulate removal.

Phase 2: The Deep Detail

  • HEPA Filter Vacuuming: We use industry-grade vacuums to pull fine particulates from all surfaces.
  • Vertical Surface Wipe-down: Walls and ceilings are carefully dusted or damp-wiped to remove static-clinging plaster dust.
  • Window and Glass Detailing: Removal of stickers, paint splatters, and heavy residue for a streak-free finish.
  • Internal Cabinetry: Every drawer and shelf is vacuumed and wiped inside and out.

The Final Polish

Once the air has cleared, we perform a second pass. This ensures any remaining airborne particles that settled during the initial phases are captured, leaving your home truly ready for its reveal and your safe return.
