1. Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to Werkel Home. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Werkel Home website and our booking systems. By accessing our platform or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Werkel Home Pte. Ltd. provides a platform to manage your residential services with professional standards and reliability.
2. Booking and Payment Conditions
All service requests must be made through our official booking platform. Bookings are subject to provider availability and confirmation. Payments are processed digitally through our secure, encrypted payment system. For recurring plans, payments will be automatically charged based on your selected frequency. Any changes to your booking must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that schedules change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service time are eligible for a full credit or refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a late fee. If a service is deemed unsatisfactory, please notify us within 12 hours. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange for a re-service or partial refund based on our quality assurance protocols.
4. Privacy Policy and Data Use
Your privacy is paramount. Werkel Home collects personal information necessary to provide and manage our services, including contact details and service preferences. We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not sell your data. We only share essential information with our screened service providers to ensure the successful delivery of your requested service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Werkel Home platform, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Werkel Home Pte. Ltd. and protected by copyright laws. Users are granted a limited license to access the site for personal booking purposes only. Reproduction or unauthorized use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Werkel Home vets its providers, services are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Werkel Home shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or platform. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service instance in question.
