Who can join the referral program?
The program is open to all existing WerkelHomeSg customers in Singapore. Once you've completed your first booking, you'll find your unique referral link in your account dashboard.
How do I get my referral link?
Simply log in to your Werkel account and navigate to the 'Referrals' tab. From there, you can copy your unique link or share it directly via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
When do we receive our credits?
Credits are automatically added to both accounts once your friend completes their first qualifying home service booking with WerkelHomeSg. You'll receive a notification as soon as they're ready to use.
What can I use my credits for?
You can apply your home credits to any service offered on our platform, including standard housekeeping, specialized deep cleaning, pet care, and general home maintenance.
Do referral credits expire?
Referral credits are typically valid for 12 months from the date they are issued, giving you plenty of time to schedule your next recurring or one-time service.
